Another decade in microelectronics for the power plant industry gave me detailed experience in technical writing, schematics, high attention to detail, tech product photography, writing step procedures and technical communication.

I have typically been the right-hand man of a business owner or Real Estate Broker, and try to be extremely helpful in general. We can develop entire project concepts and execute them to completion. A Little History
Some highlights of the past 20 years… I have had full careers in electronics, home accessory design, commercial printing and more. I bring this eperience to every project.
Formed "Apply Web Design" Seattle Startup
During the Internet boom I formed an S-Corp in Seattle, Washington with approximately 20 long-term clients. Pulling from previous careers in microelectronics, graphic design and importing—I developed long-term client relationships with many local Seattle area businesses.
Real Estate Technology Director
I was the Real Estate Technology Director for three branch offices of Realty Executives, located in Austin, South Padre Island and McAllen, Texas. During this time I attended two Web Design World Conferenes, and hosted second-home investment property trade shows in Alberta, Canada, England and Mexico. I was fortunate enough to utilize a full-range of skills including designing the beachfront condo rental office.
Three Years Freelancing in Silicon Valley
I gained an extreme amount of experience freelancing in Silicon Valley—from Redwood City, to Palo Alto and San Francisco. I worked with and gave presentations to Mortgage Firms, small business and the tech industry. I developed my process and workflow at a professional level.
Digital Nomad Experience SE Asia
With all the talk and buzz of the digital nomad lifestyle—I had to try it. I set off with my girlfriend to SE Asia for six months. One month each in Bali, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Cambodia and more. Even if I am in a foreign country I work as if I am in the offie next door.
Settled in Orlando to be Near my Father
I’ve been relocated to Orlando to be near my Father and brother for more than a year now. I have been freelancing and maintaining my skills and education on Web Design and Web Usability the entire time.
