Case Summary
TechWood Treatments of Fort Pierce, Florida recently decided they need an entire website revamp. They had an outdated website using React and WordPress, which was basically locked down and unable for Staff to make changes, easily create Blog Posts and difficult to navigate. We began the redesign process and I am pretty proud of the end result. The new website is modern, fast-loading, easy to work with and update.

Highlights
Special attention was given to creating a bold branded look and feel that matches existing marketing materials. Website navigation is clear and concise and the user can access any part of the website, from any screen of the website. The content itself is now in a modern format with zero design limitations for the future.

Functionality
Advanced functionality was implemented for TechWood’s licensed applicators. A useful customized Partner Portal was created using WooCommerce digital downloads for branded marketing materials. This allows each Partner to sign into their own account, and download personalized collateral items categorized to their specific company. User Roles were assigned to each company to create a personalized experience.

Restricted content for users
Users must register and provide contact info to view and download product brochures.
Visibility by User Roles
Custom User Roles for each Partner were created to allow Product visibility restrictions.
Fast-streaming video
Self-hosted HD video was used with Fast Start streaming in popups and backgrounds.
Capture form data
Form data is integrated and automatically sent to a HubSpot Email list on form submit.
Handoff
The website is now a pleasure to work with. Staff itself can post news articles, edit website text and make changes. Text editors and website content are able to be worked on in a drag-and-drop editor and easily accessed. Concise technical procedures are supplied to Staff to allow them to maintain and operate the website on a daily basis. TechWood Treatments is now utilizing their website as a useful tool.
